Product Description
The Riesling was harvested at the end of September, fermented for four months, and went through complete malolactic fermentation, being bottled at the end of May 2023. This is an unusual Le Dragon, with floral and fruity aromas, gentle, featuring adorable summer flowers, complemented by citrus and ripe yellow pear. The taste is smooth and bright, just like the aroma, but with a distinct creamy and dry note. The fresh, stony sensation adds a framework to this round and generous wine. Smooth and mellow. (Dry)
