A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir farmed across 18 hectares in the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, this Brut Réserve from Jules Brochet's Olivier Brochet line integrates reserve wines for consistency, resting on lees through a patient élevage that builds real finesse behind its structure.
The nose shows fine complexity, with lime, peach, grape and white blossom notes from the Chardonnay, joined by butter and delicately toasted coffee, while the Pinot Noir contributes morello cherry, redcurrant and blackcurrant depth with time in glass — a serious, layered champagne.
