This Chardonnay showcases an extreme expression of Burgundy style from the New World, featuring very ripe and exotic fruits. The nose is intense, with aromas of peach, pineapple, and herbs, along with hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, displaying minerality, dried apples, and pears, complemented by salted caramel. The wine has medium acidity and a complex, long finish.
