Aged 12 months in French oak, then six months in stainless steel, it achieves a beautiful marriage of richness and precision. The nose unfolds with white peach, lemon curd, apple tart, and delicate florals, accented by gentle toastiness. On the palate, expect creamy texture, lively acidity, and a clean, mineral finish.
