From Lointier's biodynamic micro-estate in Crézancy, this rosé champagne is 100% Pinot Meunier crafted via the rare saignée method — bled off a red wine tank, aged in oak barrique at minimal dosage, and bottled unfiltered for maximum terroir expression.
Deep and vinous, the nose bursts with jammy strawberry, pomegranate, red cherry, and papaya. The palate is structured and fleshy — bold red fruit, spice, and lively acidity — finishing long, saline, and admirably complex.
