Founded in 2016, Lointier is a biodynamic micro-estate in Crézancy, Vallée de la Marne. This champagne — just 1,330 bottles — is 85% Pinot Noir aged 11 months in used oak, then 32 months on lees at 1.5 g/L dosage, unfiltered.
Thrillingly precise on the nose — white flowers, ripe pear, honeycomb, and chalk dust. The palate is taut yet textured, with lemon curd, almond, and vibrant acidity leading to a long, saline, mineral-driven finish widely admired for its purity and depth.
