Crafted from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Petit Manseng from Penglai, Shandong, this exceptional wine benefits from the coastal micro-climate's moderate rainfall and adequate frost-free period. Beguiling aromas of white blossom, melon, peach perfume, lemon peel, apricot skin, and pineapple lead to a fresh, delightful bouquet.
Complex & Refreshing Palate
The palate is herbal in style with invigorating citrus peel acidity, mineral undertow, fresh fruit, and a creamy, rich mouth-filling texture with an intriguing bitter almond twist at the finish. At 12.5% alcohol, this supple, delicate wine showcases complex minerality, cream, and subtle oak with moderate acidity bringing freshness and vividness. Low-temperature fermented and aged 3 months in oak barrels.
