A rare, single-barrel cuvée named after Pierric Brochet's sister, Madeleine Brochet 2018 blends 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from Jules Brochet's organically farmed parcels in Taissy and Mailly Grand Cru. Fermentation happens spontaneously in a single 228-litre barrel, with no filtration, minimal sulfur and near-zero dosage.
"Explosive aromas of florals mixed with red fruits," a broad, energetic palate and vibrant acidity — a genuinely limited, boutique expression.
