Product Description
Just 0.08 hectares—800 square metres—surrounded by Guigal’s celebrated La Turque vineyard supplies Marie et Pierre Benetiere Cote Rotie Le Dolium 2014. Made only in selected years, this rare Syrah comes from a parcel producing around two barrels, with one blended into the domaine’s Cordeloux cuvée, leaving very little for Dolium itself.
Red and black fruits mingle with violet, black pepper and earthy, savoury notes. Fine tannins frame the fruit, while gentle spice extends through an elegant, lingering finish.
