Old bush-vine Grenache, Mataro, and Shiraz from Seppeltsfield, Moppa, Greenock, and Tanunda in Barossa Valley. Fermented in open-top stainless with 30–50% whole bunches, indigenous yeast, and 10–21 days on skins. Aged 15 months in seasoned French oak puncheons — unfined and unfiltered.
- Nose: Dark red fruits, green peppercorn, and Chinese five spice — fragrant, complex, and deeply layered
- Palate: Rich and supple — raspberry, dark cherry, panforte, and firm whole-bunch tannin backbone
