Sensory Profile & Characteristics
-
Nose: Crisp, radiant, and pure. Opens with white floral aromas, green apple, candied lemon zest, and wet chalk minerality, seamlessly interwoven with delicate brioche and toasted hazelnut nuances from 10 months in neutral oak.
-
Palate: Chiseled and energetic. The entry displays razor-sharp acidity balanced by the warm, generous weight of the 2022 growing season. The oak treatment adds subtle textural roundness without masking the signature saline drive of Petit Morin soils.
-
Finish: Bone-dry, electric, and persistent, closing on intense chalky tension and a dry, citrusy finish.
