A 70% Grenache blend with Syrah, Mourvèdre and traditional Châteauneuf varieties, sourced from vines up to a century old in Les Brusquières and Cabrières. Aged in a mix of foudres, demi-muid and tank, the wine favours freshness and precision over heft.
Chocolatey black cherry, strawberry and kirsch define the nose, carrying through to a round, supple, deceptively easy-drinking palate. Approachable now, yet built with the depth to reward a decade in the cellar.
