A blend of 70% Grenache with Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, aged in a mix of 60% foudre and 40% truncated tanks. Jeb Dunnuck notes "classic aromatics of juicy red and black fruits, peppery garrigue, and spicy nuances" from this tiny, shatter-affected 2024 harvest.
Medium-bodied with a pure, layered, elegant mouthfeel and fine tannins, this is Sabon's sole cuvée from an exceptionally low-yielding vintage, offering real concentration despite the scarcity.
