A radiant golden-yellow color reveals scents of pear, ripe peach, and jasmine, with delicate hints of petrol and honey surfacing as it breathes. The palate offers a seamless blend of juicy nectarine and apricot notes, enhanced by zesty citrus acidity (7.2g/L TA) and a touch of residual sugar (13.6g/L). The finish is prolonged with wet stone minerality – a hallmark of Johannisberg’s UNESCO-protected chalk slopes.
