This elegant Pinot Noir from Marlborough's Southern Valleys is crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown in clay-rich soils. Fermented in small batches with 20% whole clusters for vibrancy, then aged 12 months in French oak (25% new), it offers aromas of cherry, raspberry and violet leading to a silky palate with plum, baking spices and earthy complexity. Unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity, it's a beautifully balanced expression of Marlborough terroir.
