Founded in 1920 by Abele Adami in Colbertaldo di Vidor, Adami has spent over a century perfecting Prosecco in the hills of Valdobbiadene, Veneto. In 1933, the estate broke new ground by bottling Vigneto Giardino, the first single-vineyard Prosecco ever produced, proving top-tier vineyards deserved individual expression rather than blending.
Today, third-generation winemakers Franco and Armando Adami continue that legacy, pairing traditional Rive-designated crus with modern winemaking precision. The portfolio spans styles from crisp Brut to the rare, unfiltered Col Fondo, all built on Glera grapes grown across steep, hand-harvested hillside sites.
Adami's wines consistently draw acclaim from top critics: Vigneto Giardino Asciutto 2022 won Gambero Rosso's prestigious Tre Bicchieri, while Col Fondo and Col Credas have scored 93 points from Wine & Spirits magazine. Falstaff, Vitae and IWSC have also recognized the estate's wines in recent years.
