Agnès Paquet is a winemaker from Meloisey in Burgundy, France. Her family has owned vineyards since the 20th century but never made wine. When they considered selling the estate, Agnès took over to preserve her family’s legacy. In 2000, she began managing the vineyards near Auxey-Duresses, adopting organic farming methods and bottling her wines without filtration to maintain their natural character.

Her first vintage was in 2001, the same year her daughter was born, followed by her son in 2002. Her winery, housed in a renovated stone building, reflects traditional Burgundian style. Agnès takes pride in crafting organic wines that express the terroir, showcasing her dedication to the land and her meticulous, passionate approach to winemaking. Her wines are a testament to her family’s heritage and the unique spirit of Burgundy.
