Founded in 2013 by Michel Aroldi in Pauillac, Château Dompierre takes a distinctly Burgundian approach to Bordeaux. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc white wine undergoes partial skin-contact maceration before ageing in stainless steel — crafting a Loire-inspired profile with unmistakable Bordeaux terroir. One of the most distinctive white wine expressions from the appellation.
