Château Chasse-Spleen
Château Chasse-Spleen is a renowned Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel estate located in the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux. The name "Chasse-Spleen" (meaning "to chase away melancholy") was inspired by a visit from French poet Charles Baudelaire, who reportedly exclaimed that the wine could "banish sorrow." The 80-hectare vineyard consists of Deep gravelly clay-limestone with excellent drainage, ideal for ripening Cabernet Sauvignon.
