Château Lynch-Bages is one of the most beloved and distinctive wine estates in Bordeaux, known for its robust, flavorful wines and fascinating history. The estate traces its roots to the 16th century, when it was part of the Bages plateau in Pauillac. In the 18th Century, it was acquired by Thomas Lynch, an Irish immigrant, who gave the estate its name ("Lynch" + "Bages"). The style is traditional yet modern that combines classic Pauillac power with approachable fruit. Fermentation is done In stainless steel and concrete vats, with gentle extraction. Aging, on the other hand, lasts for 18 months in French oak (70% new), adding spice and complexity.
