Domaine de Bellene was created in 2005 by Nicolas Potel after the acquisition of several old vineyards in esteemed Burgundy locations. Currently, their vineyards are located in Santenay, Saint Romain, Volnay, Beaune, Nuits Saint Georges, and Vosne Romanée. These vineyards boast vines ranging from 50 to 110 years old. The estate meticulously cultivates their vines using biodynamic methods. No external substances, such as acid, cultured yeast, nutrients, enzymes, or sugar, are added to their wines. This commitment to minimal intervention allows the pure expression of the terroir and the exceptional quality of the grapes to shine through in their wines.
