This Loire Sauvignon is crafted from 15-35 year-old organic vines planted across three hectares of limestone, sand, and flint soils on the west-facing slopes near the Cher River.

Burgundian Barrel Fermentation & Extended Aging

After hand-harvesting and direct pressing, the wine undergoes indigenous yeast fermentation in 500-liter French oak demi-muids, then ages 10 months with less than 10% new oak. No malolactic fermentation preserves vibrant freshness, while volcanic sulfur ensures minimal intervention.

Candied Orange & Saline Minerality

The brilliant golden-silver robe reveals intense aromas of candied orange zest, fine pastry, fresh pineapple, and passion fruit, with hints of verbena after aeration. The palate opens with enveloping precision, building to a taut, fresh mid-palate before concluding with a long saline finish and exceptional aromatic persistence.
