G&J Bott, a passionate and dedicated winemaking duo: Graeme from New Zealand and Julie from the Rhône Valley, France. Their journey began in Ampuis, working for renowned producer Stephane Ogier in Côte-Rôtie. With no familial ties to winemaking and starting from scratch, they overcame significant challenges to establish their own estate in the Northern Rhône Valley.
In 2015, they acquired their first parcel in AOP Condrieu and meticulously transformed it, planting vines in the renowned decomposed granite soils. Today, Domaine Bott spans 8 hectares across prestigious appellations like Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, and Saint-Joseph. Their commitment to precision and manual craftsmanship ensures each wine reflects its unique terroir.
