Domaine Humbert

Humbert Frères covers an area of about 7 hectares, including plots located in Charmes-Chambertin and Lavaut Saint-Jacques. The vines are quite old, usually more than 50 years old. Although the production of old vines is very low, the winery will still adopt green fruits to further promote the quality of grape fruits. After harvesting by hand, the grapes will be stored at a low temperature in the temperature-controlled barrel, and then partially removed and fermented with natural yeast.
