Domaine Les Aricoques

Since 2021, winemaking duo Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon have realized their dream with Domaine Pan!, a 4.8-hectare organic-conversion estate in Frangy, Haute-Savoie. Drawing on a decade of combined experience as winemakers, sommeliers, and wine merchants, they craft terroir-driven wines from local varieties like Altesse, Roussette, Jacquère, Mondeuse, and Gamay. Their unique Moraine Glacière soil - mineral-rich, poor, and glacial in origin - combined with a southern exposure at 500m altitude creates wines of remarkable concentration and freshness. The domaine's playful name 'Pan!' nods to both the local Frangypans villagers and the joyful pop of a cork. This exciting new project showcases Savoie's alpine terroir through low-yield, passionate winemaking that honors tradition while embracing innovation.
