This family domaine is based to the north of Sancerre, in Mambray, a tiny hamlet not far from Verdiny and Chavignol. The 14 hectares are carefully managed by Pascal and his wife Nathalie, alongside Nicolas’s widow Sophie. The soil, which is a mix of clay and chalk, typical for the region, gives a wonderful, minerally, fine-boned Sauvignon Blanc. The estate’s reputation is built on both red and white cuvées which are managed sustainably and vinified separately to produce unique and characterful wines.
