Pale, light golden hue with delicate bubbles. The nose exhibits a medium-high intensity, revealing aromas of hazelnut, brioche, eucalyptus, mint, bread, yeast, cabbage, lemon zest, orange, clay, hay, soy sauce, and toffee. On the palate, it is off-dry with a fine mousse and high acidity, complemented by well-integrated alcohol. It has a medium body and a long finish, showcasing medium-high flavor intensity, light bitterness, and notes of grapefruit, lemon, and tarragon. A beautiful wine for the price.
