The fascinating Mozaic of Southern Rhône

Domaine Élodie Jaume is a continuation of a family history that began five generations ago. The oldest archives indicate a presence of the Jaume family in the region dating back to at least 1826. Élodie Jaume has always favored a winemaking approach that respects nature, located as close as possible to the identity of the terroirs. From its installation in its own name in 2017, it is committed to the path of biodanymy. The vineyard located in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation covers about 16 hectares, including 14 dedicated to the production of red wine.
