Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir using skin-contact macération, this rare collector's cuvée showcases bold terroir expression with striking color and structure.
Single Parcel & Maceration Method
Hand-harvested and macerated on skins before gentle pressing in a traditional vertical Champagne press, 95% of primary fermentation occurs in oak barrels with no malolactic fermentation. Aged 5 years on lees with just 3g/L dosage for an Extra Brut finish.
Deep Rosé Power & Fruit-Mineral Intensity
Salmon pink to light copper hue with captivating aromas of red berries, cherry, yellow plum, dried white flowers and woody tones with blanched almond. Full-bodied and smooth with satin-like texture, mineral depth, noticeable acidity and a long expressive finish. Drink 2024-2037
