Documents recount the fascinating history of wine and oil produced here since the 15th century; at the end of the 18th century, the then-called Podere di Massa became a possession of the Fiesole curia, and later part of the "Spedale di Bonifazio of the city of Florence".
Giampaolo Motta acquired it in 1992, beginning a long work of restoring the vineyards and cellars, pursuing the dream of making it an unreachable Paradise.
