Sourced from 70-year-old vines in a walled monopole clos, the Chardonnay is direct-pressed, fermented and aged 18 months in oak barrel with full malolactic fermentation — no fining.
The nose is refined and mineral - white flower, wild mint, peach and citrus with a toasty, almond nuance. On the palate, crystalline acidity frames a dense, opulent mid-palate of citrus, stone fruit and iodine, closing with a long, saline, Pouilly-Fuissé mineral finish that lingers wonderfully
