From a single vineyard called Largillier; from a single varietal : Pinot Noir and from a single vintage. Both the silky structure and the soft bubbles that caress the palate confirm the first impression on the nose. Complex aromas of citrus confit, mirabelle plums, cinammon and a hint of spice. A full, round finish full of vinosity and with a delicate touch of pepper. Bold on the attack (thanks to the clay in the KM2 soil); refreshing with marked minerality and a long finish (thanks to the limestone content of the KM2 soil).
