This 2018 vintage from plot "AB 390" in Ludes, Premier Cru, showcases a unique winemaking approach. With 20% of the juice vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation to preserve finesse, and the remaining 80% vinified in vats with malolactic fermentation, it balances richness, freshness, and complexity. The golden yellow Champagne has delicate effervescence and offers aromas of almond paste, white flowers, and vineyard peach. On the palate, it reveals depth and complexity, structured by subtle acidity, providing a well-rounded and long-lasting finish.
