Product Description

Hundred Acre Deep Time Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 represents winemaker Jayson Woodbridge's most extreme expression of patience and precision—a selection of the finest barrels from all three Hundred Acre single vineyards (Kayli Morgan, Ark, and Few and Far Between), aged an astonishing 48 months in 100% new oak and never racked. This extended élevage creates a wine of extraordinary complexity and tertiary development rarely seen in California Cabernet.

Perfect 100-Point Scores

Critics awarded stratospheric ratings: Jeb Dunnuck 100 points, Wine Independent 99 points, and Wine Advocate 98 points. Dunnuck describes it as "another singular beauty that tops out my scale," praising its "complex cassis, crème brûlée, new leather, and sweet tobacco".

Richness Meets Vibrancy

Deep garnet-purple in color, the wine explodes with savory, meaty notes over plum preserves, cassis, tar, black olives, and smoked meats, alongside cigar box and cherries. The full-bodied palate delivers amazing tension, minerals, rich black fruits, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, espresso, and vanilla, all framed by ultra-fine, velvety tannins and remarkable freshness. Despite four years in barrel, it retains vibrancy, purity, and structure for 20+ years of evolution.
