Founded by visionary vintner Jayson Woodbridge, Hundred Acre has earned a legendary status for its single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons that consistently receive perfect or near-perfect scores from critics. Unlike many wineries that blend from multiple sites, Hundred Acre wines are made from a single, exceptional vineyard. This allows the unique character of that specific piece of land, or terroir, to be purely expressed in the bottle - one acre at a time. The name Hundred Acre may sound familiar. It is the name of the forest where the cartoon character Winnie the Pooh lives with his friends.
