Jean-Maurice Raffault

The Raffault family has cultivated vines in the Chinon appellation for over 300 years. Today, they own 50 hectares across 7 communes, with old Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc vines.

Under the leadership of Jean-Maurice Raffault and now his son Rodolphe, the domaine has pioneered innovative viticultural and winemaking practices in the region, including single-vineyard production and extensive barrel aging in limestone caves.
