Since taking over the family estate in 1984, Molitor has pursued one obsession: pure, terroir-driven Riesling from legendary steep-slate sites like Bernkasteler Doctor and Erdener Treppchen, some planted with ungrafted vines over a century old. Wines ferment spontaneously in traditional oak, untouched by additives, letting each vineyard speak for itself.
