Crafted from a perpetual reserve of seven harvests (2008-2014), the blend consists of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, aged in stainless steel. The nose showcases floral notes, honeysuckle, cream, slate, and apple. Comprising 100% Pinot Meunier, it spent 8 years on the lees and was disgorged in 2020. Tasting notes highlight burnt sugar, caramelized red apple, honey, acacia, and smoked butter, culminating in a finish of sweet lemon and crème brûlée.
