A grower champagne from Belval-sous-Châtillon's clay-chalk soils, Les Perles du Paradis Rosé is a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir with 27–30% reserve wines, fermented in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation, then aged 25 months on lees at a featherlight 1 g/L dosage.
- Nose: Wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and a warm brioche lift — vibrant, seductive, and purely expressive
- Palate: Juicy and silky — cranberry, red currant, citrus zest, and lively chalky minerality woven through fine persistent mousse
- Finish: Long, elegant, and refreshing — gentle spice, saline mineral thread, and lingering red fruit
