Burgundian Craftsmanship Meets English Terroir

The 2017 vintage blends 47% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed. Partial fermentation in fine Burgundian oak barrels adds richness, followed by a minimum 36 months on lees for biscuity depth and complexity.
