The "Dear" English Sparkling Wine

Roebuck Estates is a premium English sparkling wine producer founded in 2013 in the South Downs of West Sussex by two friends with a passion for great wine. The company is dedicated to crafting exceptional vintage sparkling wines every year that can rival the quality of Champagne. The winemaking follows the traditional method used in Champagne. The grapes are handpicked and whole-bunch pressed. After fermentation, the wines are aged on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of three years to develop complexity and a characteristic biscuity, brioche flavour before release. The inspiration for our name comes from the wild roe deer often seen roaming in our beautiful surroundings.
