A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, Nyetimber's Rosé is crafted using the traditional method, with a portion of Pinot Noir cool-fermented as red wine and aged in oak barrels for texture before blending. The wine rests a minimum of three years on lees, building real depth beneath its delicate hue.
Neal Martin and William Kelley both scored the base-2016 disgorgement "92/100," praising its structured, savoury character — a serious, age-worthy English sparkling rosé built for real complexity.
