Product Description
Adami Cartizze Dry is a sophisticated Prosecco from Valdobbiadene’s prized Cartizze slopes. Primarily Glera with up to 5% Chardonnay, it undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation, three months on fine lees and tank secondary fermentation for a creamy, persistent sparkling mousse.
Rich yet fresh, it layers apple, apricot, pear and rose-petal aromas with supple fruit and a long finish. Decanter calls it “long, salty and refined,” with “a thrum of energy.”
