Born on the Coteau de Paradis in Belval-sous-Châtillon, La Mignonnerie is the only 100% Pinot Blanc in the village — harvested from a parcel planted in 2019, vinified entirely in oak barrels, and bottled at a featherlight 0.5 g/L Extra Brut dosage.
A genuine rarity in the world of champagne: this singular Blanc de Noirs-style expression is produced in micro-quantities from young vines, and it is our absolute pleasure to have secured a small allocation for our customers.
