Established by Pierre-Yves Colin, son of legendary Burgundian winemaker Marc Colin, and his wife Caroline Morey (daughter of another Burgundy icon, Jean-Marc Morey), they started with just 4 hectares of family vineyards; now farms 20+ hectares across Burgundy’s top appellations. Their winemaking technique combines traditional Burgundian terroir focus with modern precision (low yields, organic farming, minimalist winemaking). Without inherited winery, he built his reputation from scratch, now a cult producer for white Burgundy lovers. The wines are known by their distinctive labels, consistently high quality, and – to some degree – a recognizable style with a quite strong reductive note.
