Nestled in the heart of Friuli Colli Orientali, on a strip of land crossed by the Judrio River and straddling Slovenia and the Collio, lies the Pitticco winery. A young winery, founded in 2017, it stands out - thanks to the enterprising spirit of its founder Sergio Pitticco - for its exceptional niche production, designed to celebrate its terroir, and characterized by its exclusive production of exceptionally fine, typical Friuli Venezia Giulia red wines - floral, cracked black pepper, and a sublime balance of red and black fruits, embellished with soft tannins.

Pitticco's Serika Tazzelenghe 2019 is one of Decanter's "Wines of the year 2021 - Top Red Wines". And the wines are present, among others, on the wine list of some exclusive Michelin Star Restaurants such as L’Argine a Vencò, Il Fuoco Sacro, Morelli, as well as at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.
