The Extra-Brut dosage, with 41% of the blend undergoing no malolactic fermentation, enhances its aromas and freshness. Its delicate golden yellow color, inspired by the bottle's design, features fine bubbles and a creamy mousse. The powerful and aromatic nose includes notes of fresh pastries, dried apricot, and grapes, with evolving aromas of eucalyptol and fresh flowers. The palate is fresh with a striking yellow lemon attack, balancing vivacity and roundness.
