Sourced from 75-year-old vines across 18 parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin, this cuvée is 100% destemmed, ferments with native yeasts, then ages 18 months in French oak (30% new).
- Nose: Exotic yet delicate—kirsch, sweet red cherry, rose petal, blood orange and spice unfurl gracefully
- Palate: Velvety, soyeuse texture with red and dark berry fruit, floral peony and violet, beautifully balanced acidity
- Finish: Long, persistent finish carrying warm spice notes and a mineral, saline undertone typical of Gevrey-Chambertin terroir
