Bodega Cerrón farms Demeter-certified biodynamic old vines — some planted as early as 1911 — on high-altitude limestone soils in Jumilla, vinifying Los Yesares with spontaneous fermentation and neutral oak aging. Scoring 96 points from Robert Parker and widely revered as a benchmark Monastrell wine, it opens with dark cherry, wild berry, crushed stone, and iron-tinged minerality.
The palate is precise, linear, and layered — silky tannins, saline depth, and a long, stony finish. Serious and cellar-worthy.
