Aroma: An intoxicating bouquet of blueberries, raspberries, and cherries, complemented by deep mineral notes. Hints of cinnamon, clove, and blue flowers add complexity, while aromas of dry earth and tree bark evoke the wine’s terroir-driven character.
Palate: Powerful and structured, with slightly rugged tannins that provide a firm backbone.Phenomenal acidity balances the intense flavors of red and black fruits, enhanced by a herbal twist. The finish is long and complex, leaving a lingering impression of smoky, spicy, and earthy notes.
A blend of Monastrell and Alicante Bouschet (Garnacha Tintorera). 18 months in French oak barrels, adding depth and subtle oak influence. Sourced from old vines, which contribute concentration and complexity.
